Shipping policy

Orders are processed in the order they are received.

 Processing time is 5-7 business days (excluding custom pieces).

Custom Orders

All custom/personalized pieces take 2 WEEKS for production. Tracking number is issued soon as item(s) is shipped out. 

All orders will receive two emails via the email address provided at checkout: One confirmation email notifying you that we have received your order and another providing you a tracking number once your order has been shipped. 

-Express shipping orders are shipped within 1-2 business days  

-Standard shipping orders are shipped within 2-3 business days.

• We are NOT held responsible for delivery once the package is scanned and accepted by the USPS.
